Don’t stick to the recipe. Swap out sugar for a more natural alternative, like honey or pure maple syrup. Greek yogurt can also be a substitute for butter, sour cream or cream cheese in many cases. In recipes like chocolate chip banana bread, try out chopped up nuts or fruit instead of chocolate chips. By using healthier ingredients, you can still enjoy all of your favorite sweet treats, everything from chocolate cake to cookies.
