The annual Independent Schools Association of the Southwest Art Festival (ISAS) finished its first day at the St. Stephen’s Episcopal School in Austin. ON the festival grounds, about 3700 students and faculty from 47 schools came together to share the talents THAT they’ve been honing all year long. Hockaday orchestra, choir and Hocka-dance all shined, attracting large crowds. Throughout the day, across the 370-acre campus, one acts, improv, showcase and workshops entertained the participants while some leisurely enjoyed their time off school under the sun. The event closed with a karaoke night and a silent disco, giving students a new but fun experience.

5. A group karaoke night concluded the first day of ISAS. The band led popular songs such as “Africa” by Toto, “Party in the USA” by Miley Cyrus and “Riptide” by Vance Joy.
