Junior One Act Play: El Delantal Blanco

On Thursday, Aug. 23 and Friday, Aug. 24, six juniors performed the Spanish one act play El Delantal Blanco, written by Sergio Vodanovic.

Junior Alexandra, the director of the play, began casting last spring and worked throughout August with her actors, juniors Anna, Regina, Maya, Arianna and Yvette, to memorize the lines. Juniors Eliza and Flor served as the stage crew, manning the lights and projecting English supertitles on a screen behind the actors.

The play used humor to convey social themes. Above is a clip of the play from the Friday performance.
