Advanced Filmmaking Students Submit “While the World Sleeps” to Dallas VideoFest 26

Advanced Filmmaking students submitted a short film to the inaugural program, Emerging Filmmakers of North Texas, at Dallas VideoFest 26. The 7-minute film, “While the World Sleeps,” is a compilation by Caroline Broughton, Lexie Chu, Ashley Clark, Sadie Lidji, Whitney Middlekauff, Nathalie Naor, and Maya Sawla. The film will screen at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12 during the “Emerging Filmmakers of North Texas” session at VideoFest 26, at Richardson’s Alamo Drafthouse.
The film stars students from St. Mark’s, Cistercian and Hockaday: Arianna Reyher, Michael Uhrick, Israel Soto, Jassiel Roman, David Bentley, Megan Silver, Mia Silver and Anna Glasgow.
